1. Telehealth Virtual Mental Health Therapist – Work from Home

Part-Time Independent Contractor Position


Electric City Counseling (ECC) is seeking a mental health professional to join our team in providing online counseling to individuals while working remotely from home. Qualified candidates will hold a current and valid license to practice outpatient mental health in Pennsylvania (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD)


Required Equipment:

  • Computer

  • Built-in or external camera

  • Built-in or external microphone

  • Strong internet connection

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide intake assessments for new clients

  • Provide therapy services through HIPAA-compliant video sessions and/or voice calls

  • Provide regular evidence-based therapy for individuals and families with mental health issues

  • Develop and review treatment plans

  • Maintain clinical records in accordance with insurance and licensing requirements

  • Manage a caseload of 5-30 clients per week

2. Licensed Mental Health Therapist – Independent Contractor


Electric City Counseling (ECC) is seeking a mental health professional to join our team in providing psychotherapy and counseling services at our location in Peckville, PA. 


Positions Available: 
Weekdays: morning and early afternoon hours 
Weekdays: afternoon and evening hours
(part-time weekend positions also available)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide intake assessments for new clients

  • Provide regular evidence-based therapy for individuals and families with mental health issues

  • Develop and review treatment plans

  • Maintain clinical records in accordance with insurance and licensing requirements

  • Manage a caseload of 10-30 clients per week


Qualifications:

  • Qualified candidates will hold a current and valid license to practice outpatient mental health in Pennsylvania (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

  • The preferred candidate will work with numerous populations (children, adolescents, adults, couples, families), however a specific area of expertise will also be considered.

  • Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields

  • Have (or be willing to get) and provide proof of malpractice/liability insurance

  • Ability to navigate and utilize Electronic Health Records

  • Dedication to providing the highest quality of client care

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

  • Ability to build rapport with clients
